We collect only the data we need to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services:

• Identity & contact data: name, email, phone number, installation address.
• Project data: property details, measurements, photos and specifications you share with us for quoting.
• Transaction data: orders, deposits, invoices and payment status (we do not store full card details — payments are processed by regulated providers).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited (via cookies — see our Cookies Policy).
• Marketing data: your preferences for receiving communications from us.

• To prepare quotes and fulfil contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract).
• To comply with tax, accounting and consumer-law obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) — legal obligation).
• To improve our website and services via analytics, where you consent (Art. 6(1)(a) — consent).
• To send occasional marketing about similar products, which you can opt out of at any time (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest, or consent where required).
• To defend legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted processors who help us run the business:

• Hosting & database providers (within the EU/EEA).
• Email and CRM platforms used to manage enquiries and quotes.
• Manufacturers and fitters strictly to fulfil your order.
• Accounting, payment and audit providers as required by Irish law.
• Analytics & advertising platforms (Google, Meta) only where you have given consent.

All processors are bound by written data-processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EEA (e.g. to Google or Meta), we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and Adequacy Decisions.

• Enquiries & quotes: up to 24 months from last contact.
• Customer contracts & invoices: 7 years (Revenue Commissioners requirement).
• Marketing contacts: until you opt out.
• Website analytics: up to 14 months, then anonymised.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Request erasure ("right to be forgotten") where lawful.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).

We use industry-standard organisational and technical measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, secure cloud infrastructure within the EU, and regular backups. No system is 100% secure; if a breach occurs that is likely to pose a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the Data Protection Commission within 72 hours as required by Art. 33 GDPR.

Our services are aimed at homeowners, developers and trade customers aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
