You can contact us at +353 87 612 1976 or info@belca.ie. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "Belca" refer to Belca Construction Ltd; "you" refers to the visitor, customer or user of our services.

By using this website, requesting a quote, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the site or our services.

Belca supplies and installs windows, doors, roller shutters, pergolas and related outdoor-living products sourced from selected European manufacturers. All product descriptions, images and specifications shown on this site are indicative; the binding specification is the one set out in your written quotation or contract.

Quotations are free and valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. A binding contract is formed only once: (a) you sign and return our written quotation or order confirmation, and (b) we have received any deposit required.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before installation if a measurement error, supplier discontinuation or pricing error is discovered, in which case any payments made will be refunded in full.

Prices are stated in Euro (€) and, where the customer is a consumer, are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing Irish rate. A non-refundable manufacturing deposit (typically 50%) is payable on order acceptance to commence fabrication. The balance is payable on completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur interest at the rate set under the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012, where applicable.

If you are a consumer and your contract was concluded online, by phone, or away from our business premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract date under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 484/2013), without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, notify us in writing at accounts@belca.ie before the 14-day period expires. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.

Important exception: Bespoke or made-to-measure goods (which include the vast majority of our windows, doors and shutters, manufactured to your specific dimensions) are exempt from the right of cancellation once production has begun, in accordance with Regulation 13(3)(c) of S.I. 484/2013. By signing your order you expressly request that we begin manufacture and acknowledge the loss of the cancellation right.

Lead times stated in quotations are estimates only. We will keep you informed of progress and agree a mutually convenient installation date. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and for clearing the work area in advance of installation.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 or the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Goods supplied must be of merchantable quality, fit for purpose, and as described; services must be supplied with due skill, care and diligence.

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a manufacturer warranty (typically up to 10 years on profiles and sealed units, and 2 years on installation workmanship). Full warranty details are provided with your order paperwork.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability to you arising under or in connection with any contract shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the goods and services concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. Consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography and design — is the property of Belca Construction Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Irish and EU copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, save that consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence within the EU.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the date of your order or visit. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage where appropriate.
